If you're wondering why you were downvoted by ocdb and lordbutterfly - that's why. They have no relation to "downvoter". It's a bit strange, ocdb usually leaves an informational comment like this: https://steemit.com/sct/@ocdb/pz2gq7 I don't know why they didn't leave such note here. Maybe they considered that spamming and stopped. I don't know.

I received all downvotes for 3 of my posts and lost 10 steem @downvoter u ppl won't upvoteand always upvotes for selected ppl whatever they post even though it is a pic with few words and i don't bother about it but don't i have freedom to make posts of my own i didn't copied or pliagramized anything. I just wants to explore in this platform.if u are telling bidbots abuse pls tell the creators of bidbots to stop selling votes instead of telling me and downvoting

This site only shows active votes, so those that are currently pending. That means, it shows only the MOST RECENT state. If you order by 'time', then your 0% vote is at the top, as it is the most recent. It shows absolutely nothing about "before my summons" thing. Your original downote was much earlier, and on that page we can't see which downvotes followed you.
