Colorful Havana - Hemingway's Mojito 彩色哈瓦那之海明威的mojito

So many people are brought to Havana by Hemingway that it was really difficult to take a photo in front of this bar without others in the scene.

People all want to taste Hemingway's mojito. So do I.

But is it really that good?

Honestly, not the best that I had. The bar is great but crowded all the time. To meet the high demand, the bartenders have to make one mojito in less than 1 minute. I would say that's an excellent example of operation management. It's better to lower your expectation on the mojito and take this place as somewhere to experience the trail of Hemingway.

不过这里的mojito真的像传说中那么好吗？

大家都懂的。

小酒馆氛围挺不错，白天几乎一座难求。为了不让客人们等太久，酒保每次把五个杯子一字排开流水线生产mojito，每杯制作时间不超过一分钟。我觉得运营做得蛮好。味道么。。。大家降低期望值，把这个地方看作是跟海明威隔空交流的地方会满足得多。
