If you want followers, make and post great content that other Steemers will want to see more of.
If you want upvotes, make great posts that other Steemers will appreciate, and which they will deem worthy of an upvote.
Also, do not comment more than once on any post, unless you get a reply to your comment. On this post of mine, you've "commented" 3 times, but each one of them ads NO value to my post. In fact, your shameless begging for followers and for upvotes detracts from the post, and devalues the post.
Please, before you engage in any further such behavior, review some of the guidelines for proper behavior on this platform. It will take some time, but if you are serious about your Steemit venture, it will be time well spent.

I heard back a few months ago that every comment
That attaches a link like that
They are a group of thieves
Who wants to steal accounts
When we click on the link that is auto-pasted our account password will be taken by them
Not every one, but some of them are such thieves.
This one just seems to be a spammer, not a scammer. Trolling for upvotes and followers. Just wasting his time.
It could be as you mean
At least we are wary
There is a witnes that I know @klye
He is a witnes of the country of Canada
Told me to keep some scams going on in steemit
And he told me to give a flag to the account that attached a link to the comment
