ColorChallenge - Tuesday Orange - Fried Orange Quail Eggs

Also called as "Kwek-Kwek", this well known street food in the Philippines is really a fan favorite. It is one of the best choices for merienda or anytime when you just want to eat this popular delicacy. These are hard-boiled quail eggs that are coated with orange colored-flour batter that are deep fried. I like it paired with spicy vinegar, but it can be served with the sauce for fish balls as well.
