Olah lajuu
Ingredients
2 eggs chicken ceplok
1/2 large onion
3 cloves of garlic
3 red chili
5 cayenne pepper
1 tomato
50 grams of petis
100 ml of water
Sufficient pepper powder
A pinch of salt
Sufficient Sugar
Cooking oil for egg whisking and sauteing seasoning
Step
Ceplok eggs, set aside
Finely ground onions of Bombay onion, garlic, tomatoes, red pepper and rawit, saute until fragrant
Put the Petis stir well, add salt water, Pepper and sugar, flavor correction
Add the fried eggs to stir until the spices soak
Serve with warm rice
