Color Challenge # Wednesday Yellow "Ripened"
These mangoes were found in the ground that morning, that were ripened naturally. Under the sun, their color would have been yellow to orange. Most times, a lot of these can be found just lying around, ready to be collected for the bin.
No one would eat these, except me. They were not there the day before, so they might have fallen for less than 12 hours from when i've picked them up.

I love the tartiness of green mangoes. Apparently they are used a lot in in Asian cooking, but I eat them raw with other fruit. A good source of B Vitamins and high in Vitamin C. 🌻 💛 🌻
Indians are using them in their garnishes..we Filipinos don't use them in cooking, we prefer them raw :0)
