I love the tartiness of green mangoes. Apparently they are used a lot in in Asian cooking, but I eat them raw with other fruit. A good source of B Vitamins and high in Vitamin C. 🌻 💛 🌻

Indians are using them in their garnishes..we Filipinos don't use them in cooking, we prefer them raw :0)
