I'm glad someone's having 80 degree weather somewhere. When I came out to my office this morning it was 39 degrees. I think the sun came out for a while during the afternoon and it got up to about 58. Then it rained. Again. :)
But the cherry trees have blossomed and the tulips are starting to grow, and the grass is a little taller, so I guess there's some progress here.
It looks like there's a netting or fencing or something between the flower bed and the greenway behind it. Looks like she lives off of a park or a golf course of some kind.
Yes I know the feeling well. Today is the first day it really felt like spring... All the other days it got a little warmer during the day, but still got cold at night so it kinda cancelled it out. I have been looking forward to this spring a lot, it has taken awhile but hopefully now is here to say for at least a month.
That's the screen from her porch that you are seeing... She was taking the pick from inside looking out over the golf course. She lives on the edge of number 17 green. It really is a nice view she has... And you can't really tell from that picture, but it is a steep hill that those flowers are on... It makes it fun when I do the mulch every year, a nice workout for sure!
