Remembering 2008 … #ColorChallenge MondayRed
Here is my contribution to colorchallenge mondayred by @kalemandra and a few thoughts thereafter …
Hier ist mein Beitrag zur Farbherausforderung Montagsrot von @kalemandra und ein paar Gedanken im Anschluss…
My deja vu today: Austria’s SME sector is booming: all indicators on current state of business, employment, investment etc. are at their height – according to the data of the most recent survey on Austria’s economy that we are currently analyzing. While translating the data into words I realized I was writing over and over again: “as good as it has last been in 2008”.
2008 – Wasn’t that a peculiar year?
What do you think: Is it as it seems? Or is something hiding behind the curtain? Should we be worried – even be taking precautions?

Mein Déjà-vu zum Zeitgeschehen heute: Im österreichischen Mittelstand läuft es derzeit rund: alle Eckdaten für Geschäftsentwicklung, Beschäftigung, Investitionen etc. zeigen nach oben. Das zeigen die neuesten Umfragewerte, die wir gerade auswerten. Beim Verfassen der Analysen fiel mir auf, wie ich immer wieder formulierte: „so gut wie seit 2008 nicht mehr.“
2008 – da war doch was?
Was denkt Ihr: Ist es wie es scheint? Oder versteckt sich auch in diesem Jahr wieder etwas hinter dem Busch? Müssen wir uns eventuell sogar Sorgen machen – und Vorkehrungen treffen?

Ich glaube, das kommt sehr auf den Blickwinkel an. Als guter Europäer trifft man IMMER Vorkehrungen und macht sich auch IMMER Sorgen.
In Asien....sieht das ganze anders aus. Wenn du die nächsten 3 Wochen weisst was geht, vertraue dem Schicksal und follow the flow.
Das habe ich genauso erlebt! ... und auch meine eigene Theorie hierzu entwickelt, warum das so zu sein scheint. Das könnten wir dann ja bei Deinem Besuch hier erötern, auf den ich mich sehr freue! Bis dahin ein herzlicher Gruß von den Hängen des Ölbergs
"As good as 2008" - that is a little scary sounding!
I had the same feeling ("scary") and am still wondering whether the new crypto-world can "smoothen" the transition. well, I guess for many people it will be sort of catastrophic to find out that most of what we see today (and in the past) is a show on a well-equipped and prepared stage - it's like in today's story of @longsilver: the higher the aspirations the more brutal might be coming down to back earth. Cheers from the slopes of Mount Ölberg in the Seven Mountains and have a wonder-ful(l) day!

Ich würde mal sagen - Positiv mit Sicherheitsnetz. :D
Wissen kann man ja nie. :D
Also ich gehe erstmal positiv ins Jahr :) Spekulationen und Vermutungen bringen ja eh nichts also Sorgen mit sich. Das Jahr soll zeigen was es kann! :)
Du bist also Optimist! Mir gefällt die eigentliche Bedeutung des Wortes "sorgen" ganz gut: sorgen für - besorgen - positiv besetzt, kann dann kommen, was will. Das Jahr kommt und geht, wie schon so oft, aber vielleicht zeigen wir einmal verstärkt, was wir so alles können - nicht Effizienz und so, sondern mehr "kümmern um". Ein herzlicher Gruß von den Hängen des Ölbergs!
