Colorchallenge Friday Sky Blue: Seagulls Swarming at Sunset

Today's entry for the popular #colorchallenge photo initiative, originally started by @kalemandra, and now one of the longest running group activities on Steemit.

Today's theme is "Friday Blue," or sometimes "Friday Sky Blue." This is also the color that corresponds to the Throat Chakra.

A couple of summers ago, we went on a "birdwatching cruise" to a couple of islands that are generally "off limits" to the public because they are wildlife sanctuaries.

At one of them, a huge swarm of seagulls churned the sky around sunset, while they were getting ready to settle down for the night; there most have been thousands of them.
