Color Challenge - Wednesday Yellow. | My 1st week trying this series on Steemit! - Some shots from my City Council run in 2010 & Community Work
Here is some of the Yellow around me in the 2010 election year when I ran for City Council in my city. That's me holding my sign, at the CAW / Auto Worker's Union Hall where they held debates.
I am talking with one of the lead people on a mayoral campaign (in the yellow) and the Director of the local Marsh / Wetlands -- something I have always supported.
I have wondered about this colour challenge thing going on here, so today I decided to share something here for it!
If I am not doing this right for colourchallenge day, can you please let me know?
Pictures of me at the local University supporting their Social Justice Week -- about 3 yrs ago.
There was also pizza there that day and I love pizza!
I have gold on my shirt which is kinda yellow, and the yellow shirts of people dancing in the background.
And I love ice cream. (:
The activism and the community work kind of really fit the flow of this post and storyline!!
Our huge local outdoor store here is located right by the South Oshawa/401 Dairy Queen LOL.
They have yellow lines in the parking lots where the Canadian Geese patrol!!
