Colorchallenge Thursday Geeen! My green Papaya Tree!
Today I am posting about the Thursday Green #colorchallenge! I have planted Papaya tree outside of my house. I wanted to share it with you. It is a great fruit and has many benefits for our body.
As you can see in the pictures below, it is growing very well! This tree is now about a year old and has shown some handsome growth. Enjoy the pictures!
Health benefits of Papaya:
It is a great fruit for our body. It gives you calmness and peace of mind. It is a stress releiver. It is helpful in lowering cholestrol and boosting your immunity. A great fruit for the diabetic people due to the low suger content in it. Other than that, it also helps to digest food.
