For this weeks Collaborative art Journey the picture to work with and the theme made me think of the Northern Light. It's in some way a part of our origin, a beautiful gift from mother nature.

From the original picture I have made a mix in Photoshop. I used a photo (source: @kerlund74) that I was cropping hard, only leaving the trees and some snow to make a nice foreground to my Northern Lights picture.
I Made some colouring of the "sky" and also used a filter in the foreground. This is the photo:

Wow! What an sweet picture of trees you combined with my image. I really love the way the snow is stacked against the trunk, and how you cropped it all to create this northern lights piece! I love that you added the green and that it feels icy cold!!! Amazing transformation @kerlund.
