basitçe; içine tükürmediğim bir suyu birine içirdikten sonra suyun içine tükürmüştüm diye yalan söyleyip onun kusmasına sebebiyet vermemdeki etkiye nosebo etkisi diyebiliriz.yani organik bir sebep olmaksızın ilacın ya da maddenin sadece psişik nedenlerle kişi üzerinde gösterdiği olumsuz etkiler.
