Coinbase added many coins recently but STEEM is not in list
Coinbase is a digital currency exchange headquartered in San Francisco, California. This exchange provides trading platform for Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, and Litecoin and few more added recently with fiat currencies in approximately 32 countries, and bitcoin transactions and storage in 190 countries worldwide. Coinbase is one of the biggest digital currency exchange in the world and their trading volume is huge. They have their operation in Singapore as well so I have account with them in Singapore with SGD fiat currency.
Below is the snapshot of their market page which shows the list of coins available to trade in Coinbase exchange website-

They have not listed total 9 currencies including USDC which similar to USDT. Coinbase offers user friendly platform for trading to users and its very easy to use however their charges are bit high as compare to other exchanges. They also have another exchange CoinBase PRO. Coinbase Pro offers Industry leading API. Their websocket feed lets you easily access to real-time market data, while trading through API lets you develop secure, programmatic trading bots. But for normal user Coinbase is better as PRO is bit complicated to understand and trade.
They have listed many coins this and will be adding more soon but steem is not in the list. I think we should all start a campaign for steem listing in Coinbase. If in case we can convince exchange to list steem in their platform then it would be very good steem community.
Recently there is a news that Coinbase has started withdrawal to paypal then I did reasearch on this news then I found this news article. As per this news coinbase already started paypal withdrawal for US customers and soon going to launch for other countries. Since I hold account with Singpore fiat currency SGD so I have to wait for them launch this service here in Singapore.

I had read something about "Coinbase", I thought that the Steem had been incorporated into their operations.
When reading your article I see that it is not like that.
We hope that the steem is restored and can access these markets. That would be more important and more valuable!

Hi! I'm here via @crypto.piotr too. I'm registered in Coinbase too though never used it. It's great to know they're going to withdrawal to Paypal. But, like you, I have to wait for them to launch for other countries than the US.
