Coffee time
No matter where I am, I can't miss the pleasure of having a cup of coffee in the afternoon.
In the nature, by the lake it's special. Here I'm preparing coffee on the bonfire...

Neuroscientist Steven L. Miller claims that the best time for us to drink coffee is:
In the morning, 9 to 11:30 AM.
In the afternoon, between 1 and 5 PM.
These periods between natural cortisol boosts are the times where that caffeine jolt will be most productive. Instead of crashing between peaks, you’ll maintain alertness.
I'm going to drink coffee, and you too delicious coffee... enjoying coffee :)
