Step two: Read some best selling books on related topics by people who HAVE!!! made it ie. read Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Jeff Bezos stuff not mine (these are all business leader but you get the idea, find leaders in family, government, life style ect.)

Step Three: DO

Very true, great quote too.

I have a few quotes of my own that I use based on the same concept just depending on the situation.
If you haven't failed, you're not trying hard enough. -life in general
If you haven't screwed something up today, you are not doing enough - work
If you are not getting dirty, you're not going hard enough - sports.
