其实这间小酒馆没有招牌，大家之所以叫它Tamango酒馆就是因为它最出名的酒叫做Tamango，一种有着宝石红色的鸡尾酒。我本人也并不知道这个词具体是什么意思。至于Tamango为什么吸引了都灵人30年，是因为它可以让你在喝完之后进入到特别快乐的状态，有人说它会引起幻觉，但我觉得是言重了，置换蘑菇那种是幻觉，Tamango只是让你进入到快乐的状态有点类似于长时间保持微醺的状态。至于它的口味，既甜又苦，非常标准的皮埃蒙特人的口味。当你小小抿一口过后，你的喉咙直到胃就像着了火一样。结束一杯之后，你就进入了所谓了幻觉状态，但这个状态的深浅因人而异，而且它会持续很久。有人说Tamango有85度，我不认同，国内72度的酒头喝起来比这个要更灼烧。

What is the ingredients in this ruby-coloured cocktail? Nobody knows, the only clue is that the owner puts some unknown root of one plant from Africa inside it, but this is just a rumour, the known thing is that the ruby-colour extracted from roselle leaves . In my opinion, let us hide our curiosity, maybe the most attractive point just because such unknown ingredients. You could trust the government would not allow the illegal materials inside it.

至于这杯酒里面有什么，至今都是未解之谜。很多出色的调酒师都自己为是地说出他们品到的成分，但调出的酒还是与Tamango相差甚远。流传最广的说法是这是女老板将非洲的一种植物的根部提取的神秘液体加入其中，可是没有人知道是什么植物。唯一确定是红宝石色的来源是玫瑰茄的叶子。不过在我看来，这些神秘的东西就让它一直保持着它的神秘感吧，可能看透配方的那一天，Tamango也不再会被这么追捧了。
