Porto (Portugal) francesinha: Euro trip -Day 9 歐遊歷險(波圖-葡萄牙)-第九天: 葡式濕三明治

當你遊覽波圖，你一定要試試當地的一道名菜，那就是葡式濕三明治...

Francesinha, which means Little Frenchie or simply Frenchie in Portuguese,is a portuguese sandwich originally from Porto. And actually the insde is just a nornmal sandwich: two slices of bread with wet-cured ham, linguiça, fresh sausage like chipolata, steak or roast meat inside of it. But the most evil part is that the sandwich is covered with melted cheese and served with french fries...

葡式濕三明治是波圖當地名菜。它內裡與三文治沒有分別:兩塊麵包夾上火腿、香腸等，但它最邪惡的部份就是在外面淋上熔化的芝士，並附上薯條...

As a result,I thought the Francesinha is a little salty and fatty... The sandwich is stuffed with large amount of salted meat, and the outside is also covered with cheese and fries... So I do not recommend eating Francesinha soly, the daily intake of of salt and fat will be exceeded...

所以我覺得這道菜有點鹹和肥膩，首先三文治內裡己經有很多加工食物，外面再有鹹鹹的芝士，再加上油炸的薯條....所以我不建議一個人把葡式濕三明治吃光，不然一個菜式使你當天鹽分和油分都超標...

Since my stomach is too full, then I visited some church for burning my clories, and there are so many church in Porto, which is also a difference btween Lsibon. So I think Porto is more attactive to me with more hitostical and artistic building :)

因為太飽了，所以我遊覽一些教堂來消秏卡路里。而波圖跟里斯本其中一個不同之處就是波圖有很多教堂，而它的歷史建築使我更喜愛波圖。

Then I visited Clérigos Tower, which means Church of the Clergymen, is a Baroque church in the city of Porto, in Portugal. Actually it was a tall bell tower, which is built in 1754. And you can climb up the tower to watch the whole view of Porto. And I thought the sound of music is quite elegant : )

然後我遊覽了教士教堂，它是一座巴洛克風格的教堂，也是一座鍾樓。你可以爬上去遊覽波圖的景色之餘，也能欣悅耳的報時鍾聲。
