失眠
這幾天又失眠了,早上起來頂著像大熊貓一樣的黑眼圈,整個人看起來好疲倦。
每天總是覺得時間不夠用,可時間都去哪兒了?以前經常熬夜到深夜,這樣子身體的健康也漸漸透支了。近日調整了作息時間,儘量在晚上23:00至23:30之間睡覺。可是這幾天不知不覺又到了後夜,反而沒有一點睡意,真糟糕!
人的一生有三分之一時間是在睡眠中度過的。睡眠質量良好,是身心健康的主要標誌。而在睡眠過程中是對人體的復原,修復我們在白天中所消耗的人體能量。所以睡眠是健康不可缺少的重要組成部分。
而失眠雖然是常見的睡眠障礙,但對人體的健康有很大的損傷。如果失眠了,要儘快找到原因所在,及時糾正與治療,恢復到正常睡眠,保證自己的身體健康,才能讓自己精力充沛,才能做自己想做的任何事情。
