獨樂樂，不如「蟹道樂」（上）🦀🦀

現在是時候正式上菜了！

蟹腳刺身晶瑩剔透，無需沾上醬油，已經非常鮮美。沾上醬油及芥末後，品嚐極鮮的味覺享受。

煮蟹肉冷盤，由蟹肉制成的不同菜餚，盡顯蟹肉的可塑性。茶碗蒸製成的蟹肉蒸蛋非常嫩滑，甘甜美味。

蟹肉天婦羅外皮香脆，配上秘製的日本蘿蔔泥，消除炸物的油膩，亦帶有酸酸的新奇味道。

萬眾期待的是蟹肉鍋飯，釜炊工具非常古色古香。打開鍋蓋，蒸氣騰騰。待蒸氣散去，鮮紅色的蟹肉滿滿鋪在飯面，一口蟹肉一口飯，是夢寐以求的吃法。

最後忍不住再多一盤蟹棒刺身，厚厚的蟹肉比手指更要粗長，是蟹迷的賞心樂事。

「蟹道樂」，果然是愛蟹食客的樂園啊！
