晨起运动，随便拍拍
早晨起来去小区日本料理店吃点早餐，然后随便转转促进一下消化。
随手拍几张照片，让大家也感受一下秋意。确切地说，我觉得冬天已经到来了，我出去的时候已经穿着薄羽绒服了，哈哈。
快进家门的时候，看了一眼天气预报，竟然已经零下一度了。
想想小区门口保安看着我穿羽绒服羡慕嫉妒恨的目光，觉得穿羽绒服出去还是明智之举啊。
不过看着广场上锻炼的大爷大妈的穿着，觉得自己还是缺乏锻炼，体质不够好啊。毕竟路上遇到的妹纸们人家穿的也都不多呀。让我怀疑我和她们过的不是一个季节。瘦弱的人，伤不起啊 😭 企盼春天快点到来啊。
早晨还是趴在被窝里舒服啊，锻炼什么的，交给大爷大妈们吧。 😭

好久远的感觉
Hi @oflyhigh, It seems as if you are an early-riser. I personally envy early-risers because it happens so that I can't embrace the sun sets because of my odd routine. However, when I do, this becomes the best time to cherish with the cool breeze, chirping birds and the people of all ages walking and exercising. I'm not a fat guy myself despite not being an exercising guy, but still the overall look and feel of this atmosphere is magical.
When it comes to exercise and self-defense, China has a very high rank, may be second to none. At least, that's what we've seen in the movies or came to know through media. Nowadays, this is how the opinions build. So, seeing is believing.
The best thing I like about your posts is your photography. I enjoyed this post.
