炸豆腐。

这种食物源于中国广东省汕头市，

这不是水豆腐，水豆腐没有这种豆腐香，

出产是黄色的外表，内肉是黄豆磨成粉炼制而成。

水豆腐吃起来味道非常的淡，而这种豆腐吃的口感很香。

豆腐制品有很多种，包括了臭豆腐，

而这种豆腐炸好之后沾酱料吃是最好吃的。

酱料很简单，蒜头拍碎+碘盐。放这碗里加上开水。

把炸豆腐撕开，把里面的肉沾着酱料。真的是很地道的美食。

这种炸豆腐小时候父亲经常会买给我吃，好怀念儿时的味道。
