How to make the corn flour cake(玉米面饼子的做法)
Yesterday was one of the traditional 24 solar terms- winter solstice in China.We could make good food in the folk custom in our country .Add a bit of nutrition to our body to drive out the cold out .Almost everyone eats dumpling.
but I made some small cakes of corn flour.Because for a long time I wanted to do it myself.What you buy in the market, after all, It is not done by yourself, and what you do contains the fruits of your own labor, so even if you do not do well, you still love to eat.Let me share it with you. It's very simple!
ingredients:
corn flour 300 g
White flour, 150 g
10 g sugar,
An egg
yeast powder 10g
some warm water
instructions:
First, mix the corn flour and white flour together, then add the yeast powder, add water and dilute the paste, and put aside for about 2-3 hours .
Put an egg in the dough, stir well, then add baking soda and mix well. The corn flour contain acid, and when it encounter alkali , it will produce bubbles and the cake will be soft and delicious.
3.Energized the pot, add a small amount of vegetable oil in it , heating it , pour a spoonful of corn paste into the pot and so on, about 1 to 2 minutes,Gently push the small cake with a small shovel. then flipping the other side again.

昨天是冬至,冬至来了,我国的民间习俗就是就得要做写好的东西吃,补一补身子,驱一驱寒气。大家都吃饺子,我做了一些玉米面的小饼,因为由早以来,我的心里一直惦念着,以前都是在市场上买的,现在我就想尝试一下,自己做的东西,不管怎么样,都爱吃,毕竟里面有自己的劳动成果。下面我就把做法跟大家分享一下,很简单的。
首先是用温水和点玉米面,根据个人每顿吃多少,因为做多了,吃不了就剩下了,下次再吃,就不好吃了,呵呵。。
材料:
玉米面300克
白面150克
白糖10克
鸡蛋一只
酵母粉10克
温水适量
过程:
1.首先把玉米面和白面两掺放一起,然后里面放酵母粉,加水调和稀糊状,放一边醒到发面。我都是提前几个小时和面的,用的时候方便。
2.发好的面里放一只鸡蛋,搅匀,然后再放点小苏打,搅匀。发好的面里面含有酸,遇到碱就会中和,产生气泡,饼子就会松软好吃。
3.把准备好的平锅通电,加入少量植物油,待锅加热后,用饭勺子舀一勺玉米糊,放入锅中,依次类推,按锅的大小,我舀了4-5勺子,盖锅加热,一会的功夫,里面的热气就把锅盖熏的看不清里面的饼子了,大约1-2两分钟,开锅,里面的饼子就好了,用小铲子轻轻把饼子炝下来,再烙另一面。如此,甜香松软的饼子就做好了,就可以享受美味了!感谢您的欣赏!
