吃鱼可以不吐骨头？——参加【CN区美食大赛#1】【鱼】
答案就是吃没有骨头的鱼。
昨天吃晚餐的时候，突然发现桌上有两道关于鱼的菜！
而且最棒的是，都是不用吐骨头的~~
菜是麻麻做的，所以在这里就不分享工序步骤啦。
家常晚餐，所以餐具摆盘也没啥讲究，但是味道真是一级棒！
第一道，清蒸小鲍鱼
材料是小鲍鱼、粉丝、蒜蓉、蚝油等等，蒸完后整个菜最精华的味道其实都在粉丝里，鲜香甜美，非常好吃！
第二道，咸菜墨鱼
这是我夏季非常喜欢的一道菜。夏天一般主食喝粥，这道菜可谓是配粥良品，吃口偏咸但非常开胃，配绿豆粥、红薯粥、白米粥都很合适！
