番茄牛尾汤

材料:牛尾4块,番茄两个,金针菇一包。
做法:牛尾洗净浸泡1小时,焯水洗净。焯好水的牛尾放入锅中,加水料酒葱姜八角桂皮大火烧开,小火炖1小时至牛尾酥烂。捞出牛尾。
番茄切小块,热锅冷油下番茄,翻炒至浓汤状。

加番茄酱柠檬冰块。翻匀。加牛尾加牛尾汤加金针菇,大火煮开,小火焖15分钟。
