美麗星期天 X 從未賣廣告卻生意火紅 | BeautifulSunday X Never advertised but still extremely popular

在新光戲院的附近有一家很有名的商店，這是一家售賣被譽為"香港最難買到的伴手禮(手信)" 的蛋卷的德成號。這一家店在香港可謂奇葩，從來沒有見過她有任何廣告，但貨品永遠都供不應求。

Close to SunBeam Theatre is a very famous shop, which sells only one product : most difficult to buy gift in Hong Kong - Duck Shing Ho Egg Rolls. This is a very special shop, there is never any advertisements of it, but its egg rolls akways sold out in an hour.

想要買到德成號蛋卷的話，請在指定的日字，一早到來排隊。又或者你要非常密切留意店家的通告，在每年只有兩、三次機會的日子作預訂。不過要有準備交貨日子會是幾個月後。

If you want to buy Duck Shing Ho egg rolls, you have to come to the shop and queue up at specific days. Or you have to make your reservations at those 2 or 3 occasions in a year. Do expect delivery dates are months away.

除了不賣任何廣告之外，它並沒有因為產品受歡迎而擴大生產線，加大產量，從而賺取更多的利潤。德成號到現在還是堅持人手生產，所以產量極之有限，基本上滿足不了現有的需求。

Beside no advertisement, Duck Shing Ho didn't put the egg rolls into mass production ro increase product volume and hence earn more. They insist on all hand made egg rolls. That's why stocks are limited, cannot meet the demand.

見到這張告示，你會驚訝今時今日的香港還有人會不盡賺每一分一毫。曾經有過一星期六天都可以排隊買蛋卷的日子，現在只有星期五，六才有蛋卷賣了。我用"曾經"一詞因為那些日子已經是很久以前的事。看看告示的紙質有多舊！

Look at the notice, you will surprise there are people in Hong Kong who not trying to earn every single cent from your pockets. Once upon a time you could queue up for the egg rolls six days a week, now you can only do it on Friday and Saturday! The good old days were really old. See the piece of notice paper?

我有幸得朋友送贈過幾盒德成號蛋卷，的而且確比起其他同行的出品好味得多。可惜那已經是我加入Steemit之前的事，所以沒有相片留下。我只可以從網上找來幾張相片給大家看看。

My friends gave me a few boxes of Duck Shing Ho egg rolls long time ago. Taste real good, in my opinions, much better than other egg rolls in the market. However, I didn't take any photos of it before as that was way before I joined Steemit. I can only get some photos from the web to show you how the egg rolls look like.
