这是我的菜鸟练跑记,不知不觉已经练了9个星期,一个星期练一次上记是5个星期的锻炼,从600meter x 3 一路练到1km x 3

Hello steemit friend,this is my noob training diary,its been 9 weeks since I first started,I trained once per week,week1-5 I trained from 600meter x 3 to 1km x 3, you can see my last training on

继续锻炼到可以跑5km为此,不可以停

我也坚持每天跑三公里,前一阵突然觉得长跑如果动作不对可能会很伤膝盖,所以一直在找跑步正确姿势的文章,一直没能找到好文章看,博主有好文章能推荐一篇么?
