I have deep love to Chinese street food and snacks. Although we come from far away places and eating habits are very different from each other, there is always a taste that will evoke unique memories and feelings in people's minds.

I will continue to update the collection of some Chinese food/snacks techniques, as a personal note also share to everyone.

亲爱的Steemit的朋友们,我是一个资深吃货,尤其对街头小吃有深深的热爱,无论走到哪里,街边巷里传来的香气总让我忍不住驻足探索。无论是汤粉面条、糕点糖果、卤味烧烤,都是我的心头好。我相信,尽管我们来自天南地北,饮食习惯有着很大的不同。但总会有一种味道,会勾起人们心里的独特回忆和情怀。

在这里,我会持续更新收集到的一些中国美食、小吃的做法,作为个人的笔记也同时分享给大家。

炭烤生蚝的做法 How to make Char-Grilled Oysters

材料:
湛江生蚝1打。
味料:
烧烤蒜茸酱适量。

烧烤蒜茸酱的制作:
材料:
蒜500克,姜150克,盐30克,味精300克,鸡精20克,柱侯酱15克,白糖30克,海鲜酱30克,蚝油30克,花生油500克。
制作:
用打糊机将蒜和姜打成茸状,沥干水分,加入其他原料搅拌均匀(除花生油),将花生油倒在锅里烧至180°C,倒入以上混合好的材料,用油爆香即可。

制作方法:
(1)将生蚝用,工具打开,把肉放在蚝壳完好的一面。把肉与壳之间撬松,清洗干净。
(2)烧烤明炉生好火,待火势稳定后放上烧烤网。
(3)把清洗干净的生蚝放在烧烤网上,每只生蚝上撒上少许凉水,当生蚝烧至五成熟时(蚝肉出现膨胀现象时),放入蒜茸酱约5克,继续烧5分钟左右即可。
