I'm leaving a 5 stars review for @aellly as I seem his growth since 2 months back when he started his first initiative, guess how many sticks of cigarettes left in the box. I couldn't say that was successful, but that got him kick started and found his role and his character, since then he has been consistently hosting small contest and daily picks in writer review for other Steemians.
