抄袭文章：@qiuyu--一个老总问他迷惘而困...
抄袭文章对社区利益的损害是巨大的，隐蔽不容易被发现。很多社区成员投票点赞文章并不知道是抄袭文章，导致抄袭文章没有惩罚反而被奖励。有经济利益的动机，导致更多抄袭文章的出现，长期下去会不断榨取STEEM平台的价值。希望引起社区成员的重视。
鉴别抄袭文章需耗费大量时间精力，但只要找到一篇抄袭文章都是对平台提供价值。在Steem平台发抄袭文章的成本很低，但人工找出抄袭文章的成本是巨大。
申明：在此并不明确定义是否构成抄袭文章，也不定义属于哪种抄袭行为（是否超过50%复制构成抄袭，是否抄袭部分拼凑，这样的分析判断需要大量工作）
