【星期一喝茶】#3 姜茶
又来瓜叔这里喝茶了，最近天气忽冷忽热的，这周我做个姜茶吧，姜茶也是茶对吧，瓜叔@aellly
前段时间爸爸告诉我们，多吃姜对身体很好，他一个朋友中风了挺严重的，不能走动了，家人就坚持每天煮姜水给他喝，大概坚持了半年，他竟然能下床走路了。
后来爸爸也坚持每天刷一些姜来煮早餐，我也开始煮些姜茶，然后加一些牛奶鸡蛋什么的，也特别好吃。
首先，我买了这个刷姜神器，刷出来的姜特别细，然后我加了水放在炉上煮开，这次加了些红糖，煮了小半杯，姜茶就好了，平时我也会加一些麦片牛奶鸡蛋一起煮，做早餐刚好！
煮成姜茶是很辣的，因为爸爸说姜的好处很多，过年回老家的时候，买了一大麻袋回来，我们可以吃很久了！
