切好以后，还不能马上煮，需要用清水泡一个晚上

泡好的竹笋，煮不完，我放了一些进冰箱里面。

炒竹笋放一些辣椒，加油加水煮熟就可以吃了，很脆很好吃

还有一种做法，我最爱吃的，加五花肉，酸菜一起焖，味道特别的鲜美
