生酮饮食一月小结steemCreated with Sketch.

这个月,基本上主要做的是:

  • 减少碳水摄入
  • 减少糖分摄入

我的生酮实验特别随意,有时候也破碳水,吃面条巧克力糖果什么的。
不过60%的时候还是能做到的。

效果:

  • 体重无变化(好不可思议)
  • 体脂无变化(好郁闷)
  • 身体感觉变轻
  • 以前白天总是混沌想睡,现在精神面貌颇清爽
  • 胃口变坏,食量变小(除了火锅其他都没什么兴趣)

下个月去测下胆固醇,看看有没有降下来些。
