蛋壳效应
今天看到了一个新名词：蛋壳效应，是说有些孩子适应能力差，对父母的依赖性很强，没有抗压能力，外表看上去坚硬无比，其实不能碰，一碰就碎了，就像蛋壳一样。

这其实和原来流行的一个词“草莓族”是一个意思。
草莓族是说一个人像草莓一样，表面看上去光鲜亮丽，非常诱人，但实际上怕磕怕碰，不能受力挤压，否则就烂了。
不管是蛋壳效应，还是草莓族，基本都是父母没有教育好，对孩子包办的事情太多。真的是捧在手里怕摔了，含在嘴里怕化了，没有放手让孩子自己去探索这个世界。
最后把孩子保护的像是温室里的花朵，使得他们开始独立面对这个世界的时候，变得手足无措，原来自以为的“优秀”荡然无存，百无一用了。
只有让孩子真正经历过挫败，才会让他们自己学会反思，在磕磕碰碰中真正地成长起来。
还是那句话，耐心最重要。一般喜欢事无巨细帮助孩子的家长，其实他们缺乏耐心。
他们忍不住看着孩子做幼稚的动作浪费时间，就亲自上阵，把所有的事情都做得井井有条。时间长呢，孩子自然就什么都不会了。
学会独立，是孩子最重要的课程，而学会让孩子学会独立，对每一个父母来说，是更重要的事。
