Thank note of delegation from @partiko 无条件代理的感谢函

First of all, we would like to thank @partiko on your delegation. Our community has been existed for few months now, we have received commercial delegation deal by leasing steem power for a fee. And now with a free delegation from @partiko, we are partially relieved.
