I stand by Steem - but one should not forget the small co-leaders at Steem
I always do a PU and also constantly re-buy Steem to convert to VP. But the problem is that almost only within communities vote, are awarded. Many but do not want to publish in these. Here Seemit inc. should perhaps once consider to reward the members who do not want to publish in communities. What use is it to support groups in which at most 5 people publish something. Always the same and then partly still with several accounts. Published is only there in the hope to get a high vote. But the broad mass of this platform is just the small member who does not publish something every day as if on the assembly line according to the required set of rules. I try to catch these small members a little bit with my communities - and there they are also happy about a few cents. It does not always have to be the big vote, you have to show all members that they are welcome. And a welcome member will then not publish plagiarism because of a few cents - because you can always reward them once - and especially if they do not publish in communities.
It is so, the German-speaking community is slowly almost non-existent. There are only a few who publish exclusively only on Steem and many of the new members have left Steem again. This is especially for me very annoying, because I have invested a lot of time and effort to win new members for the German-speaking community.
It would be nice if there would also be a curator accounts for Steemians who are not in a community or do not publish according to the 250 words rules. I'm talking about small votes of 1 STU or something like that. Also, all the thousands of members who are always loyal to Steem but can't post quality content should get a reward every now and then. These are slowly being completely forgotten. This is really a pity.

Thank you for the answer. It's a really excellent first step that really every member gets a slightly higher reward once, even if he is not a member of a community.
I hope that little by little more possibilities will be created to reward members for their membership and that there are curators who also give 1 STU $ votes for "normal" contributions.

anyone can do this - it's not a club in that sense - you have to do a power up and take a screenshot of it, which you then publish in an extra post, you then just have to put the TAG #club5050 & #steemexclusive. I'll write a detailed tutorial on how to do this later today.

You raised a very good point. Big votes are totally depends on the quality of your post. But for small content a small reward should be given in order to push steemit user to post more and more
You also have to address the issue and advocate. Even if you don't just make friends by doing so. For many, it takes time to publish high-quality content. And along the way, every user should receive a little support. That is a firm opinion.
