People usually called it Bundaran Patung Kuda (Horse Statue Circle)

There is indeed a horse statue near it. But, true name of the statue is Arjuna Wijaya Statue. Arjuna is main character in Ramayana epic. This statue is Nyoman Nuarta'w work. Nuarta is Balinese distinguish figure in art sphere.

You can see three building in this photo. Building on the left is Indosat office and two others are Ministry of Tourism Office. This circle is close to Presidential Palace and US Embassy.

Bundaran Patung Kuda

Suatu siang di sebuah sudut Bundaran Patung Kuda. Itu sebutan umum orang Jakarta terhadap bundaran di depan Patung Arjuna Wijaya karya Nyoman Nuarta, maestro patung Bali. Lokasinya di persimpangan Jalan Medang Merdeka Barat dan Jalan MH Thamrin.

Gedung paling kiri adalah kantor Indosat. Dua gedung di sebelahnya adalah Kantor Kementerian Pariwisata.
