Opt out ads personalization!?

I just come to realise that smartphone user mine is Android have this option.

Ads Personalization.
What is this?
Well I look into the Google search....again. And it show that :---
Did you know that every Android device has a unique Advertising ID?
Well after using smartphone for like 10 years I just know and realise it.
This mean I may have miss out most of the privacy setting before... It also maybe a new setting for new OS version since people nowaday are more on to privacy.

This advertising id is provided by Google in all Android devices by Google play service. And it cannot be disabled. I personally think that this maybe how giant company make out of us ads profit?
How do you otp out?
