Well writen text @vliet . Worth for resteem. Especially me being Lithuanian too.
Personally, i am not happy at all about this "TABU on meat".
But since the variety is not that small (12), usually i find smth good for me too, and do not complain very loud. :)

Over the years I've heard a lot of people (mainly men) complaining about the 'no meat' tradition...
but still, nobody goes hungry on the night :DDD
