Love is Tangible-Love series 1
>Is Love Really Abstract?
English language tells me so, but the one I experience is not . If experience is the best teacher, then I can say that in 'my world' then that Love is more than abstract, it is tangible!
Consider this:
Romans 5:5 (NIV)
And hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.
God has poured His love in our heart for the purpose of filing our heart. When we get filled with this love, like wine we get intoxicated by it. It begins to control our action
The Tangibility of Love
Not only is love felt, and experienced, Love can be touched, handled and transmitted. 'God is love' 1 John 4:8. When we are filled wit God, we are filled with Him, He touches us (our life) and in turn, we touch Him in our fellowship with Him.
Love is fundamental as far as man, and the earth which he lives is concerned. It can be likened as the precursor for which things fall in place, abnormalities are corrected and the fulfillment and purpose is achieved.
Love is transmittable; It is time for the people around us to feel and touch the love of God through our Lives. The world is in dare need of this love.
It's time for us reach out to the poor and the defenseless, to say no to killings, divorce, to tell the world about God. By these, the world must have had a tip of the tangiblity of Love.
