Endure sound doctrine

(Acts 5 : 29 -32 ; Then Peter and the other Apostles answered and said . We ought to obey God rather than men. 30. The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom you slew and hanged on a tree. 31. Him hath God exalted with His right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour , for to give repentance to Israel , and forgiveness of sins. 32, And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him. ) The Apostles of old were very true to their convictions , they would rather die than to do what men wanted them to do or say about their God. Only if the teachers and preachers were true to God's word as these great men of old were. Never trying to please men but only God. In living a true and dedicated life for Jesus , never compromising or giving into man's opinion and his way of thinking and living. Only to living a full life that is dedicated to God and God alone. Preaching the word in season out of season reprove and rebuke if necessary the mighty and infallible word of God. Being full of the Holy Ghost, and letting Him control your every works that is pleasing to God.
