But God said he had given us dominion over all things on the earth! Although i dont eat pork as i find it irritating. To readers, so sorry if i hurt your decision/choice.
To have dominion over the animals does not mean that you eat them all!
To have dominion over the animals simply means that you have authority over them. You rule them. They don't rule you. You are not under the ruthless tyranny of "King Crocodile" or "Queen Koala".
Humans have more authority than animals do. That is all that means.
