GOLD, SILVER AND BRASS

Exodus 25:3 "And this is the offering which you shall take from them: gold and silver and brass"
All these minerals typify the ascended Christ indwelling inside of us.

Gold signifying the divine nature of Christ in us. Passing through the process of incarnation, human living, crucifixion, resurrection, ascension to be become the life giving Spirit to us. Gold as a pure element, as the most precious of all, we have this lovely, guileless, and pure Christ living inside of us.

Silver signifying Christ's redemptive work. Once fallen, corrupted, and sinful people of God, Christ came into us as our redemption, daily termination, and eventually He is replacing our old self with Himself and so much more.

Brass/Bronze signifying the testing of God's judgement. Even as Christ was under God's testing everyday, we the believers are also being tested moment by moment, yet we survive. It is because Christ is working and moving inside of us. It is not us but Christ!

If we bring these precious materials to the meetings of the church and offer them to God as a heave offering, we shall help to build the church as God’s dwelling place. Then our meetings will be filled with the offering of such precious materials and a wonderful work of building will take place among us.
