When the Lord restored the fortunes of Zion,
we were like those who dreamed.

Our mouths were filled with laughter,
our tongues with songs of joy.
Then it was said among the nations,
“The Lord has done great things for them.”

The Lord has done great things for us,
and we are filled with joy.
Restore our fortunes, Lord,
like streams in the Negev.

Those who sow with tears
will reap with songs of joy.
6
Those who go out weeping,
carrying seed to sow,
will return with songs of joy,
carrying sheaves with them.

This is the time to harvest in joy. Most people have sow in tears and did not even know if they are going to reap in joy. The verse one says "When the Lord restored the fortunes of Zion,
we were like those who dreamed."
This means that the joy will come in a miraculous way.
I want us to believe that whatever, however it maybe, the Lord will perfect His work in our lives.
We should not relent in sowing the good seeds knowing fully that our reward will come.
God will never owe anyone. He always repay us back in double for what we are doing.
Never give up, continue in the journey and you will never remain the same.

Is those verses from the holly Bible? The fortune of zion? It's odd coz, in the holly quoran it says that the holly land I never ment for the people of Israel they are expelled from it and by their return they disobey God's will, so explain plz
Hello @racemlaadhar, I like your wanting to learn about God's word. Did you actually read the bible verse? Now let me explain to you. I did not know about Quran but the Israelite never go to any land God did not want for them. They were enslaved in other lands which God allow it to happen due to their disobedient. God always direct their part.
Let me explain "restored the fortune of Zion to you".
Zion was a sacred hill in the city of Jerusalem.This restoration partially took place when Assyrian king Sennacherib, who threatened to take Jerusalem, was turned back to fulfillment of prophecy. The surrounding nations then send presents to Judah's king Hezekiah.
The restoration was fulfilled in even greater measured when the Jews returned to Jerusalem from exile in Babylon.

Loud and clear, maybe you are talking about the part when Jerusalem was theirs but later on they were punished and there for to not go back to the holly land but zionists disobey and created the secular state of Israel. This is the prophesy in quoran, god bless you for the clarification
