Thank you! I'm glad you're reading the posts out loud. That's pretty amazing! Wisdom comes by hearing, more than reading. That's why people used to read out loud and rarely read silently like we do today. That was considered a great skill back in ancient times, to read silently.

The word vizier is probably a poor choice that the translator used. It's used anachronistically, since the Medes and the Persians had their rise to power after the Assyrians and the Babylonians. The Muslim rise in power was much much later. Modern translators have used this word even in our modern bibles...

Thus in modern language-translations of the Bible, in Genesis chapter 41, Joseph, the eleventh son of Jacob, is called Vizier to Pharaoh. In this same chapter of Genesis, Pharaoh changed his newly appointed Vizier's name to Zaphenath-paneah.
