Maybe you can have all the gifts but more biblical correct is the verse that you quoted:
We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us.
In one body, the arm or the leg don't do all the functions, each has its own function and I believe it is the same with the gifts. But you can definitely have more than one gift and by your passion for a gift, you will know with which ones God gave to you.
