Paddleboarding up the River Arun - SUP life in the UK - Video
Second fastest flowing river in the UK, so good timing is essential ;-)

I was on my epoxy paddleboard and my mate was on an inflatable.
It was super chill cruisin up river with the tide.
We turned around after about an hour as it started to get quite fast and getting back would start becoming an issue.
I have started at the mouth of the River Arun before and headed to The Black Rabbit pub in Arundel, it takes about 2 hours, but the current starts to get super fast and knarly.
Today we went further up the river inland where its a bit more relaxed.
