What a rewarding and fulfilling thing tp do...im sure the children will be excited to see you again!!! And i think breathing exercises wouldnt be physical activity?? But would be hard to do with language barrier i guess. So glad you found an opportunity to help people. You are such a lovely, kind person.
Breathing exercise would not be exactly a physical activity but what happens is these kids are all at different stages of cancer and when they come also some of them have their machines attached so just to avoid any kind of complication they would not allow, and then some may not do it but try to mimic it in our absence and if they can't do it right then can create a problem.
Thank you my dear for your kind words, it was truly a rewarding day for me. I will be going there every alternate Thursday and I so much look forward to it
