Breathing exercise would not be exactly a physical activity but what happens is these kids are all at different stages of cancer and when they come also some of them have their machines attached so just to avoid any kind of complication they would not allow, and then some may not do it but try to mimic it in our absence and if they can't do it right then can create a problem.
